西班牙红酒Amatista Red

VARIETIES
Moscatel and Tempranillo.

TASTING NOTES
Sight: Medium-bodied cherry red in colour with purple-brownish hints.
Smell: Red fruits, confectionery.
Taste: Sweet, unctuous with well-balanced carbon dioxide and acidity.
Finish: Lingering and greedy on the palate.

Serving suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, or with pizza, strong cheese and desserts.

Serving temperature: Between 5ºC and 8ºC.

Amatista Tinto de Primavera (Spring Red) is a different wine created using Bodegas Reymos “Spring Vintage” technology, which preserves the must as though the grapes had been recently harvested. The result is a low-alcohol frizzante Moscatel that is fresh, natural and full of floral hints that transport us to the season of the year from which the wine takes its name. An excellent accompaniment to all types of spring and summer dishes, such as carpaccio, salads, gazpacho, and sandwiches.
